Aluminium parts (lid and box), silicone parts on the lid, filter retainers, handles, security seals, paper, textile, and Teflon (poly-tetra-fluoro-ethylene, PTFE) filters are all made of from materials resistant to hot application in the autoclave up to 140 Celcius Degree.
