HALF SIZE STERILIZATION CONTAINER

Half-size sterilization containers are used to sterilize, store and transport implants to surgical instruments, surgical equipment and textiles. It consists of two main parts: container and lid. The main bodies of boxes and lids are pressed from 1050 quality aluminum as a single piece and no welding is used during the production of boxes and lids. Decorative anodization is performed to increase the strength of the box and lid surfaces against external factors. There are color options on the lids. There are holes for air on the lid surface, a silicone seal that provides air and water seal on the inside edge, a lockable stainless steel/aluminum/plastic filter holder with a sealing seal around it, which holds the filters placed in the central position on the inside of the cover to filter the air that passes through the cover holes into the box, spring locks on both sides. There are label attachment compartments, carrying handles, and lock pieces through which a plastic disposable security lock passes. Silicone mat, sheet baskets, wire baskets, paper filters, teflon filters and labels are used as auxiliary materials along with containers. They are manufactured in various types and sizes that are pre-designed according to the needs of the users. There are options for hole and no hole boxes and filters and filter holders used in the cover are used in the hole boxes
